Bling wins at the Tulsa Show

 Hi Friends,

I went to a dog show in Tulsa and had a wonderful time!   I won a ribbon.   Dog shows are a lot of fun.

I am a team with my mom.   We do this together.   Being a team is what we both love the most about dog shows.   Long, long ago my mom was told we would lose more at the dog show than we would win.  They went on to say we would win enough to keep coming back.

We learn something when we lose at the dog show.  We learn the joy of winning.  If we won all the time, winning would no longer be so special.   When we go to the dog show, we try really hard to win knowing we may not.   It is not about winning.   It is about giving 100% of our efforts.  It is about trying our very best.  If we win, then we have a very special day.   If we don't win, we know we really tried and there will be another dog show.

At this show, we won second place for the girls.   It would have been nice to win 1st place.   But you know what, there are other dogs that did not win 2nd place that would have loved to have won that.  We left the dog show in Tulsa very happy.   We spent time with old friends.  We made  new friends.   We had fun together.   It was a great day.
