Bling at the Dog Show - Irish Setter Club of America National Specialty

Bling has been so busy meeting people at book events, she just has not had time to go to dog shows.   She really loves dog shows, but there is only so much time in the day.

It has been a lifetime goal for Bling to retire from dog showing at a National Specialty in the veteran classes.   She was entered in the 9 to 11 year old girl classes.   To our delight, she won 4th place.   To everyone's delight - she decided to jump and play in the ring.   She has been sick and there are a few places on her front legs that were shaved by the doctors and her hair is still growing back in.  We are thankful it did not matter to the judge.   Bling ran around the ring like she was a year old.

Bling always makes us smile.   She is a rollicking Irish Setter and has fun no matter what she does.

As of this dog show, she is officially retired from showing and turns the dog show events over to her younger house mate and best friend, Bliss.

Thank you to all her were there and clapped for her.  Bling is absolutely a precious dog.    Every day with her is a blessing.
